2. Principles

Protecting your personal data is particularly important to me. I process personal data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (GDPR, Austrian Data Protection Act – DSG, TKG 2021). This website deliberately does without tracking, advertising cookies and analytics services.

3. Cookies and local storage

This website uses no cookies and does not store any data locally in your browser. As no cookies requiring consent are used, no cookie banner is necessary.

4. Server log files and hosting

When you access this website, the web server automatically processes technical data (IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser type). This processing serves to ensure the technical operation and security of the website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR – legitimate interest). Log files are stored for up to 60 days.

Hosting provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (Firebase Hosting). This website is operated via Firebase Hosting, a Google service. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR (Google Cloud Data Processing Addendum) is in place with Google. Further information on data protection at Google: firebase.google.com/support/privacy. Data may be transferred to the USA; Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

5. Contacting me

If you contact me by email, phone or WhatsApp, your details (name, contact details, content of the enquiry) are processed to handle the enquiry and any follow-up questions. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding). I do not pass on this data without your consent.

6. Booking services

When you book a service, I process the following data: name, email address, optionally phone number, services booked and invoice amount. Purposes: contract processing, scheduling appointments, invoicing and fulfilling statutory retention obligations. Legal bases: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (performance of contract) and Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR (legal obligations, in particular § 132 BAO – 7-year retention of accounting records).

7. Health data in the context of training

Information about your state of health and fitness level may be necessary to create individual training and nutrition plans. I process these special categories of personal data (Art. 9 GDPR) exclusively with your explicit consent (Art. 9 (2) (a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time with effect for the future. Without this data, individual training planning may only be possible to a limited extent.

Personal data is only stored for as long as is necessary for the stated purposes or as required by statutory retention obligations (in particular 7 years pursuant to § 132 BAO for business records). Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are deleted after 12 months at the latest.

12. Data security

This website is delivered via Firebase Hosting, which ensures an encrypted connection (TLS/HTTPS) by default. Client data is stored with access protection; the administration area is password-protected.
